Queen Chrome Holdings (Private) Limited is a company incorporated in Zimbabwe as a joint venture between: "Afrochine International Holding Limited", a company duly incoporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of laws of Hong Kong) as a limited company. And "SMM Holdings (Private) Limited", a company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe presently under reconstruction in terms of the Reconstruction of State-Indebted Insolvent Companies Act (Chapter 24:27), "the Reconstruction Act"
